My long holiday weekend in Maine
was just what the doctor ordered:
gorgeous views
and lazy boat rides…
raspberry & strawberry cheesecake goodness…
preparing summer food
and methodically cutting fresh fruit for a salad…
sparkling water…
glistening sun…
pushing worries away until Tuesday…
pretty mini-cupcakes…
laughing with friends until the wee hours of the night,
sleeping in too late & missing out on the grocery store trip
and painting my toenails instead…
it was wonderful.
