I’ve made (lots and lots and lots) of carrot soup before…and tonight I attempted asparagus soup! Inspired by yesterday’s DailyCandy Video email, featuring the gorgeous Sophie Dahl promoting her book Miss Dahl’s Voluptuous Delights and showcasing the asparagus soup recipe. Easy as pie.
End result? Very veggie, very asparagus-like, but definitely satisfying. With lots of crackers and salt and pepper.
