…yes this is astounding. Especially considering since I started my full time 8-6 job in December I’ve found little time or motivation to consistently stick to a workout routine. Monday I ran. Tuesday I ran. And tonight I went with the boy to his gym. I am quite proud and happy with myself. And on top of this all, I’ve eaten pretty decently this week so far too. Yay me.
And now, tomorrow is Thursday and another big Celtics game is on and I’m already tempted/planning to go out to watch it which will mean no workout and most likely a less-than-healthy food and drink consumption tomorrow evening. Exercise & a salad tomorrow night or fun with friends out and about sipping and snacking? Considering my good behavior Monday through Wednesday, I can easily make that choice and enjoy a night out : )
